THE EQUIPMENT
The equipment, which we produce and sell, is a prototype of
the equipment which was invented about 50 years ago in West
Europe. But then it had not become widely used as for its
production toxic components were used. At "Soviet" time such
equipment was used for thermal isolation in such places where
the access of people was limited (e.g. on pipelines, in the
country-side etc.). that equipment was named "Foam", "Riga" etc.
The situation changed sharp in the 90s when non-toxic resins
were worked out (e.g. KFMT - Carbamid Formaldehyde Non-Toxic;
VPS - G). There are some firms, which show this equipment as
their "know - how".
Our equipment works successfully in 17
countries of the world: Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Estonia,
Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldova, Belarus,
Israel, Mongolia, Romania, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia,
Check Republic, Egypt, Armenia.
Our equipment was used (and is used) to reconstruct the
ruined hangar for carrier racket "Energy" on the space -
vehicle-launching site Baikonur, to reconstruct Lensk, at
the construction site of atom power station in Volgodonsk
and on three more electric power stations etc.
The principle of work of the equipment for the production
of penoizol (unipor) is based on the increase of primary volume
of foam-forming solution by its being foamed by the compressed
air and the following hardening of penoizol (unipor) after
its being poured into the forms or internal spaces of protecting
constructions.
Big squares (about 150 m2) are not required to produce penoizol.
The main units of our equipment are made of stainless steel
and bronze. It's necessary for the metal not to be subject to
corrosion by the hardening (orthophosphoric acid) and foam forming.
A pomp with a special bronze shell is also used in the equipment.


The plant works from the source of compressed air (working
pressure from 3 to 7 atmospheres) and the source of electricity
of 220 Wt and has got the following technical characteristics:

It is recommended to use the compressor K24 but other variants are also possible.
